The undersigned (Herein is known as "client")
is hereby contracting Consultants and or assigns and affiliates employed by Consultant, by means of this Contract of Service Agreement is in the business of assisting Clients(s) with attaining business lines of credit; the parties agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Payment:
I. Fee Structure: Client agrees to pay Consultant
1. We setup a virtual office with a Business Number that is listed with 411 directory assistance. Virtual office is setup for you at cost and the recurring cost $175.00 per months or until all funding is arranged- if needed
2.We open a business banking relationship as part of package to provide the corporation , banking references. Client will be responsible for the opening deposit for each account opened. Opening deposits deposited into the accounts are property of the Client .
3. Business References - 3-5 business references to Equifax business and/or Experian Business. Time Frame: 15-30 days
II. Power of Attorney : Client allows Consultant to act as Limited Power of Attorney in Client(s) behalf in order to sign any and all necessary documentation in order to execute the service described within the contents of this agreement between Company and Client.
III. Notice to Apply for EIN Number on Client(s) Behalf; Client authorizes that Company to apply on Clients behalf for an for Employment Identification Number with the IRS. Client acknowledge and authorizes the use of Client(s) social security for Company to obtain an Employment Identification Number, to be attached to provided corporation(s) , on Clients behalf if needed.
IV. Internet based company disclosure: Client acknowledges that Company is primarily an internet based company. Specially, Company attributes services to Client and Client's behalf whereas at least 95% however not limited to 95% of all services, updates, progress reports, and contact methods will be primarily utilized by Company via the internet/ world wide web. Client acknowledges and consents to Company's choice to administer the above describe elements in order to execute services to be render by Company abreast of services executed and expected service completion.
V. Refund Policy: We do not offer a refund once you received the package via email.
VI. Entire Contract; Overall prior agreements among Client and Company are deemed a component of this agreement, which constructs the whole agreement. The terms of this Agreement are proposed by Client and Company as their final agreement about the terms that are proposed by Client and Company as their finale agreement about the terms that are incorporated in this Agreement. The terms of this contract may not be contradicted by evidence of any earlier agreement or any oral contract made at the same time as this written contract.
Client and company that this contract makes up the complete and exclusive statement of the contract's terms and that no extraneous evidence of any kind may be introduced in any judicial or arbitration proceeding, if any, about this contract. Client hereby acknowledges and accepts the terms and service- deadline completion detailed within this legally binding agreement. Furthermore, Client acknowledges and accepts that accumulatively all services to be rendered may take a maximum of 90 business days contingent that Client executes and complies with section (XI)" Clients Duties" within a rational , timely fashion, Client and company may not alter , amend, change, or modify this Contract except by further agreement in writing signed by both Client and Company.
VII. Client Acknowledgment: Client hereby acknowledges, sanctions, and effusively comprehends the substance , explanation and limitation contained by this agreement.
